Energy efficiency is one of the fastest and most effective ways for public sector organisations to reduce cost, improve sustainability, and enhance operational performance. However, identifying the right opportunities and delivering them at scale requires a structured, commercially aligned approach.
At Formas Transformation Group, we enable organisations to design and implement energy efficiency schemes that deliver immediate and measurable impact. We assess estates and infrastructure to identify areas of high energy usage and inefficiency, developing targeted programmes that optimise performance and reduce waste.
This includes initiatives such as LED lighting upgrades, building optimisation, controls and automation, HVAC improvements, and wider energy reduction strategies. Each scheme is designed to deliver a strong return on investment, with clear cost savings and reduced consumption.
We support the full process — from opportunity identification and business case development through to procurement, funding alignment, and delivery. By working with trusted delivery partners, we ensure schemes are implemented efficiently, with minimal disruption to operations.
Our approach focuses on practical outcomes: lowering energy costs, reducing carbon emissions, and improving asset performance. The result is a more efficient, resilient organisation with reduced operational spend and a clear pathway to ongoing energy optimisation and sustainability.
